Lessons are held once a week and go for 30 minutes. Longer lessons can be arranged for students doing AMEB exams or VCE preparation.
Weekly lessons are charged on a term by term basis at $30 per lesson. We follow the Victorian Government School terms (generally 10-12 weeks per term) Students can join at any stage throughout the term, we simply bill them for the remainder of the term. Students are not billed for lessons that fall on a public holiday.

Our lessons are billed in advance at the beginning of each term with payment due within seven days. Mid-term enrolments are billed for the remaining weeks in the term. All invoices can be paid via direct deposit, cheque or cash. Payments cannot be refunded once a student has commenced their enrolment.
We can teach you any style of music you like! From Taylor Swift to Tchaikovsky or Beethoven to the Beatles.
You can start music at any age! Every lesson is tailored to the individual whether you are aged 4 or 404!
YES! If you want to improve your musical skills you will need to practice. The more you practice the faster you will progress! For beginner students we recommend at least 20 minutes practice every day.
We require 24 hours notice for all cancellation or the lesson is forfeited. Our school accommodates for ONE cancellation per term with adequate notice which be made up at a mutually convenient time. In the unlikely event that the teacher cannot attend a lesson, students we be notified immediately and we will organise an alternative time for a make-up lesson.
Piano students are required to bring their music books and any other material they are working on to every lesson. Violin students will need to bring their own instrument to their lessons along with their music books. Students will be recommended to purchase music books at the beginning of their lessons which can be ordered through the music school.
Piano students do not have to have their own instrument at home but it is recommended you look into purchasing a keyboard or piano if you wish to improve your progress. Violin students require their own instrument for lessons.
